LADY FREIGHT DISPATCHING LLC Drive the Truck. We'll Handle the Office.

Dispatch Service Pricing

10% Flat Dispatch Fee

At Lady Freight Dispatching, we believe carriers should focus on driving while we handle the office work.

For a simple 10% dispatch fee, we provide professional dispatch services designed to keep your equipment moving and your business profitable.

What's Included in Our 10% Dispatch Fee

Access to our DAT Load Board resources, daily load searches and freight matching, professional rate negotiations with brokers and shippers, carrier setup packet completion, load booking and dispatching, broker and shipper communication, route planning assistance, Rate Confirmation review and verification, shipment tracking and check calls, assistance with detention, layover, and TONU requests, invoice preparation and submission, payment follow-up with brokers, dedicated dispatcher support, and administrative support so you can focus on driving.

How Our Payment Process Works

All freight revenue belongs to the carrier and is paid directly to the carrier's designated bank account, factoring company, or approved payment platform.

Lady Freight Dispatching does not collect freight revenue on behalf of carriers.

Once the carrier receives payment, Lady Freight Dispatching will invoice the carrier for the agreed dispatch fee.

Payment of dispatch fees is due within five (5) calendar days of the carrier receiving payment from the broker, shipper, factoring company, or other paying entity.

Carrier Expectations

To ensure smooth operations and maximize load opportunities, carriers agree to keep dispatch informed of truck availability, notify dispatch of vacations, maintenance, repairs, breakdowns, and downtime, provide pickup and delivery updates, submit signed Rate Confirmations, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and Proofs of Delivery (PODs) promptly, inform dispatch of any loads obtained through another dispatcher, broker relationship, direct shipper, load board, or other source, and maintain professional communication with brokers, shippers, receivers, and dispatch personnel.

Broker & Shipper Relationships Matter

Our company works hard to establish and maintain strong broker and shipper relationships.

Carriers are expected to communicate professionally, arrive on time, and meet service commitments. Poor communication, excessive cancellations, missed appointments, or unprofessional conduct may negatively impact future load opportunities and broker relationships.

Load Board Reputation Matters

A carrier's reputation directly affects access to quality freight.

Poor communication, no-shows, service failures, freight claims, and missed appointments can negatively impact a carrier's standing with brokers and dispatch services, resulting in fewer load opportunities.

Maintaining a professional reputation helps carriers gain access to stronger broker relationships and better-paying freight.

Important Notice

Dispatch fees are earned once a load is booked and accepted by the carrier.

If a carrier voluntarily cancels a booked load after acceptance, the dispatch fee remains due because dispatch services have already been performed.

Any carrier that receives payment for a load secured by Lady Freight Dispatching remains responsible for all earned dispatch fees.

Failure to pay dispatch fees within five (5) calendar days of receiving payment may result in suspension or termination of dispatch services, placement on our internal Do Not Dispatch list, collection efforts, and legal action where permitted by law.

Our Commitment

Our goal is simple: keep your truck moving, maximize your earning potential, and handle the administrative work so you can focus on driving and growing your business.

DRIVE THE TRUCK. WE'LL HANDLE THE OFFICE.
